Judge orders new trial for Lowell man convicted of murdering young mother 33 years ago

A judge has ordered a new trial for a Lowell man convicted of murder 33 years ago. Arthur Davis, represented by the New England Innocence Project, has always maintained his innocence. New England Law Professor David Siegel of the Innocence Project, and many of his students over the past several years, have been instrumental in the outcome of the case. The Boston Globe reports.
