With both an international study abroad law program and international externships to choose from, students have a wide range of opportunities to learn in a global setting, which, in turn, strengthens their understanding of the American legal system.
Competitive International Law Externships
Selected students also can take advantage of academic externships that focus on international law, offered through our Center for International Law and Policy. Sought-after placements in The Hague, London, and Washington, DC, expose students to the inner workings of leading organizations dealing with international criminal law issues, postwar justice, human rights and refugees, and the independence of the legal profession worldwide, among other areas.
